Multi-sensory teaching staff helps all types of students.
A Total Approach to Learning Center – The Total Learning Center is a unique facility that offers remedial programs for children and adults. Directed by Marge Weiner, a noted learning specialist, the Total Learning Center features a hands on multisensory approach to learning that can help children and adults master the challenges of today and the skills they need for a lifetime.
The staff at The Total Learning Center are highly trained in multisensory teaching. There is a close collaboration between the parents, school and the staff at the center. The child’s emotional, educational, and social needs are all considered when a program is developed. The staff actively participates in developing a school program for the child that will lead to his/her overall success. Recommendations and modifications in the child’s school curriculum are suggested when needed.
Diagnostic & Prescriptive Testing
Diagnostic Testing for dyslexia and other learning disabilities are administered by Marge Weiner .
The testing procedure allows Mrs. Weiner to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the individual child. Based on the testing a determination will be made if additional remedial services are needed which will be provided at The Total Learning Center.
Testing is done by appointment only. Testing and consultation takes approximately one (1) to one and one half (1 1/2) hours to complete.

If you or your child need remediation of skills, call us today for an appointment at 732-922-6655. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Evening hours are also available. Saturday hours are available upon request.
